WSCA scholarship

The Western Suffolk Counselors’ Association awards scholarships to students graduating from a Suffolk County High School who are planning to pursue a post-secondary education in the fall.

High School Counselors are eligible to nominate one student from their caseload and it is not transferrable to other counselors or non-members.

The number of recipients will be based upon the quality and volume of applications received.

This is a local scholarship that has very good odds, do not miss the chance to have a really great student recognized for making all those good decisions.

Application deadline was March 28, 2025.

2026 Applications will open up in February 2026.

Winners/Nominees will be notified at least one week prior to the awarding
of scholarships. Scholarships will be awarded on May 21, 2025 at a reception

at Wilson Tech in Dix Hills from 6-8pm.
